INFORMATION ON PRIVACY
PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13/14 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679 (“GDPR”)
Data Controller
1.1. Wealthype S.p.A., with registered office at Via Camillo Finocchiaro Aprile, 14 20124 Milano (MI) VAT number 06978630967 (hereinafter referred to as “Wealthype”), as the data controller, will process your personal data provided through the website http://www.wealthype.ai and its related pages (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Site”) in compliance with the applicable privacy and data protection laws and this privacy policy.
Purpose and Methods of Processing
2.1. Wealthype will process the personal data you provide or legitimately obtain (“Personal Data”). In particular, the following Personal Data will be processed:
2.1.1. Contact information: if you intend to submit inquiries to Wealthype by writing to the email addresses listed on the Site, your email address and the content of the message sent will be processed. The processing of this Personal Data is necessary to respond to the received communication. In some cases, the provision of this data is necessary to access certain Wealthype services. Additionally, you may provide your contact information to personalize your account. In this case, providing additional data is entirely optional.
2.1.2. Browsing data: during the normal operation of the Site, the computer and telematic systems and software procedures used acquire certain data (e.g., access date and time, pages visited, name of the Internet Service Provider, Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet, Internet address from which you connected to the Site, etc.). The transmission of this data is implicit in the use of web communication protocols or is useful for the proper management and optimization of the data transmission and email system. 2.2. For the purposes of this privacy policy, the processing of Personal Data refers to any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes, applied to Personal Data, including collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination, or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, erasure, or destruction.
2.3. Please note that such Personal Data will be processed manually and/or with the support of computer or telematic means.
Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
3.1. Wealthype will process your Personal Data for specific purposes and only when there is a specific legal basis provided by the applicable privacy and data protection laws. Specifically, Wealthype will process your Personal Data only when one or more of the following legal bases exist:
- You have freely, specifically, informedly, unequivocally, and explicitly given your consent to the processing.
- There is a legitimate interest of Wealthype.
- Wealthype is obliged by law to process the Personal Data.
3.2. The table below lists the purposes for which Wealthype processes your Personal Data and the legal basis for the processing.
3.3. The provision of your Personal Data is necessary in all cases where processing is based on a legal obligation or is necessary for the performance of a contract you are a party to or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Your refusal to provide such data may prevent Wealthype from fulfilling the purpose for which the Personal Data is collected.
3.4. The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary for the pursuit of the additional purposes indicated in the table. Failure to give your consent for these additional purposes will make it for Wealthype the impossibility of pursuing the purpose for which Personal Data is collected. 3.4. Failure to provide your consent in relation to these latter purposes will result in the inability to pursue such additional purposes (for example, sending promotional messages or improving the services offered), but will have no consequences on the conclusion of the contract and the provision of the contracted service. The mandatory or optional nature of the provision will be specified at the time of collection.
Recipients of Personal Data
4.1. Your Personal Data may be made accessible, for the aforementioned purposes:
a) to employees and collaborators of Wealthype, based on the instructions received from Wealthype and under its authority;
b) to subjects (including public authorities) who have access to Personal Data by virtue of regulatory or administrative provisions;
c) to public and/or private subjects, natural and/or legal persons (including, for example, legal, administrative, and tax consulting firms, Judicial Offices, Chambers of Commerce, Labor Offices, etc.), if communication is necessary or functional to the proper fulfillment of contractual obligations as well as obligations deriving from the law.
d) to companies, consultants, or professionals used by Wealthype in the provision of its services, including:
- companies, consultants, or professionals responsible for the installation, maintenance, updating, and, in general, the management of Wealthype’s hardware and software or used by Wealthype for the provision of its services;
- companies responsible for the processing and/or sending of advertising and informative material on behalf of Wealthype SpA;
- companies or Internet providers responsible for sending documentation and/or informative material.
e) third parties involved in bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of business operations concerning Wealthype, within the scope of the related operation. Data relating to the User will not be transferred or disclosed unless in an anonymous and aggregated form for statistical or research purposes.
Transfer of Personal Data
5.1. Your Personal Data will be processed within the European Union and stored on servers located in Ireland and Germany, within the European Union.
Retention Period of Personal Data
6.1. Personal Data relating to the User will be stored on the Company’s servers at its hosting providers for the time necessary to ensure the proper provision of the offered services.
6.2. In the event of cancellation, deletion, or disabling of the account on the Website due to non-use, User data will be retained for administrative purposes for a period not exceeding three months, subject to any specific legal obligations regarding the retention of accounting documentation or for public security purposes. In such cases, automatic deletion of the data will be ensured, even by third parties to whom they may have been communicated.
6.3. In any case, it is understood that the User’s Personal Data will be stored and processed for marketing purposes for the period of time permitted by law and the provisions of the Data Protection Authority.
6.4. After this period, the User’s data will be transformed into an anonymous form, so as not to allow the identification of the individuals concerned, even indirectly.
Rights of Data Subjects
7.1. Pursuant to Articles 15-21 of the GDPR, with regard to the Personal Data communicated, you have the right to: a) access and request a copy; b) request rectification; c) request erasure; d) obtain the restriction of processing; e) object to the processing; f) receive the Personal Data concerning you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance; where technically feasible.
7.2. We inform you that you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.
7.3. If you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, your Personal Data will no longer be processed for such purposes.
7.4. To exercise your rights and withdraw your consent, you can send a communication to the email address info@wealthype.it.
7.5. We remind you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority by:
a) sending a registered letter with return receipt to the Data Protection Authority, Piazza di Monte Citorio, 121 00186 Rome;

c) sending a fax to the number: 06/69677.3785.
7.6. Wealthype may modify the content of this privacy policy at any time by publishing the new version on this page. Where possible, Wealthype will inform you in advance of any substantial changes to this privacy policy. However, you can always view the constantly updated text of the privacy policy on the Website.
